Fitness Classes

Fitkids/Yogakids

These will quickly become favorites for all children (ages 2 and older). Fitkids will be fast-paced (30min) to keep your child engaged and the Yogakids will be a slower paced (30min) class to teach children how to slow down. Your child will be challenged to try new things within a group of new friends. Focus will be on increasing their strength, flexibility, centering/calming themselves (yoga) and endurance. Children will workout at their own ability level in a fun and engaging environment, but will be encouraged to push themselves further when I see they are able. Ultimately, each child will gain improved confidence, self-esteem, an understanding of teamwork and a healthy respect for exercise and their bodies. Each class is limited.  Sign-up in advance is required.

 

Classes - Ongoing

- Wednesdays (Yoga) and Fridays (Fitness) at 10:00am

Drop in rate: $15

4 Week Session: $50

(Add-on 1 hour open gym play for $5 or $20 for 4 wk session)

 

Mommy & Me Get Fit Together ****COMING SOON****

$25/class - This 30min class is for those moms that want to workout and want to share the experience with their child(ren). Whether you carry and use your small child (infant) as a weight or your toddler mimics everything you do (side-by-side) we will provide a workout that both of you can do. All fitness levels welcome. Limited to 6 families/class.  Sign-up in advance is required.

 

Homeschoolers:
You can join any class you would like or if you have a group of 6 children or more and would like to set up a separate group class for PE credit, please stop by and speak to Stephanie to schedule a time for your group.
